Talent pool Terms & Conditions
1. About the Talent Pool
The Talent Pool is an initiative developed by Global HR Solutions LLC ("Global HR Solutions") to connect professionals with organizations offering employment, internship, volunteer, and professional development opportunities.
The initiative is currently supported by the Brazil Minnesota Chamber of Commerce (BMCC). This collaboration does not imply any transfer of ownership, control, rights or responsibility over the Talent Pool.
The Talent Pool, including its platform, content, structure, database, and all associated information, is the exclusive property of Global HR Solutions LLC, which is solely responsible for its management and administration.
The day-to-day administration of the Talent Pool may involve the participation of authorized BMCC personnel and/or other organizations authorized by Global HR Solutions, in accordance with applicable agreements and at the sole discretion of Global HR Solutions LLC.
BMCC is not responsible or has any control or influence over hiring decisions will never have a role in screening, ranking or matching candidates to any opportunities, except if and when the opportunity is an opportunity to work for BMCC itself. BMCC will never act as an employment intermediary.
Global HR Solutions may or may not be involved in the hiring process for specific positions, depending on individual contracts and agreements between employers and Global HR Solutions LLC.
The Talent Pool is an equal employment opportunity (EEO) platform. 2. Information Collection
The information provided by participants may be used for the following purposes:
Maintaining participant records within the Talent Pool;
Identifying opportunities that match each participant's professional profile;
Sharing participant profiles with authorized companies and organizations for employment opportunities;
Communicating employment, internship, and volunteer opportunities;
Providing information about programs, training, events, and services related to professional development;
Continuously improving the services offered by Global HR Solutions.
3. Information Sharing
By submitting this registration, participants authorize Global HR Solutions to share provided information with authorized companies, organizations, and institutions seeking professionals whose qualifications may match available opportunities.
Information will be shared solely for purposes of connecting candidates with opportunities aligned with the participant's interests, goals, and preferences provided during registration, including employment, internship or volunteer opportunities, professional networking, or career development.
Global HR Solutions does not sell, rent, or otherwise commercialize participants' personal information.
4. Accuracy of Information
Participants are responsible for all information provided and agree to provide only information that is true, complete, and up to date.
Global HR Solutions is not responsible for misrepresentation of information or any of its consequences to candidates or organizations.
5. No Guarantee of Employment
Participation in the Talent Pool does not guarantee:
Invitations to interviews;
Participation in hiring processes;
Employment offers; or
Employment Opportunities with any company or organization.
The purpose of the Talent Pool is to increase participants' visibility and facilitate connections with potential employers. Participation does not guarantee any specific outcome or employment opportunity.
6. Additional Services
Global HR Solutions may offer additional services related to career development, employability, professional training, recruitment, interview preparation, resume review, and other workforce-related services.
Participation in the Talent Pool does not require participants to purchase or use any additional services.
7. Communications
By participating in the Talent Pool, participants agree to receive communications regarding:
System updates;
Employment, internship, and volunteer opportunities;
Networking and Professional events;
Educational content; and
Career Services offered by Global HR Solutions.
Participants may opt out of promotional communications at any time.
8. Information Security
Global HR Solutions implements reasonable measures to protect the information stored in the Talent Pool and to limit access to authorized individuals and organizations.
9. Removal of Information
Participants may request the removal of their information from the Talent Pool at any time by contacting Global HR Solutions.
Removal of a participant's profile will result in ineligibility for future opportunities communicated through the Talent Pool.
10. Changes to These Terms
Global HR Solutions may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect operational, technological, or legal changes.
The most current version will always be available for review.
11. Acceptance of These Terms
By checking the acceptance box and submitting this form, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
